Our Cleaning Foam removes residue and dirt from your leather shoes. Suitable for all types of leather, it will also help restore the youthful appearance of your CASSY shoes. Use with a soft cloth.
Step 1: Application (Depending on the material)
- For suede: Apply a small amount of foam directly to the bristles of your Cassy Stiff-Branched Cleaning Brush , then very gently rub the shoe, paying particular attention to stained areas and the soles. The brush will help the foam penetrate the fibers and loosen the dirt.
- For delicate or lightly soiled smooth leather: Apply the foam to your flannel cloth and then massage the leather in circular motions to gently clean without scratching.
Step 2: Wiping
Do not allow the foam to dry completely. As soon as the dirt is loosened, use a clean area of your flannel cloth to wipe away the excess foam and absorb the extracted dirt. The cloth will become soiled; this is a sign that the cleaning process is working.
Step 3: Drying
Allow to air dry, away from any heat source (radiator, direct sunlight) to prevent the leather from hardening. This will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
For suede: Once the shoe is dry after cleaning with foam, the suede's "pile" will be slightly stuck together. Gently brush it with your stiff (dry) brush to "style" the suede and restore its velvety appearance.
