Order Preparation

Our teams are committed to carefully preparing each order within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods (Black Friday, Secret Path, collection launches, etc.), this timeframe may exceptionally extend to 5 business days. Each order is treated with special care.

Delivery times by region:

• France: 24–48h

• Europe: 2–3 business days

• UK & Switzerland: 3–5 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

We ship worldwide with fast and secure delivery options through our partners GLS and Colissimo.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Important Information

- Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address or cancel the order.

- In case of return to sender, we will refund your order as soon as possible or resend your package to you, depending on your choice.

- Once your package has been shipped, any changes to the delivery address made directly to the carrier, or any specific request for safe delivery (for example, to your garden or another designated location) will be your responsibility. In these cases, no claims will be accepted for loss, theft, or damage.

- Orders selected for express delivery cannot be delivered during the weekend, as carriers do not provide delivery services during this period. Therefore, any order placed for express delivery after 8 a.m. on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
