To create an account, you will need to provide an email address and create a password.
Once your account is created, it will be even easier to shop.
This will allow you to save your details to speed up the payment procedure if you wish, display all your previous orders on your account, track all your orders being delivered.

Delivery and order
When your order ships, we'll automatically send you an email with the tracking number and a link to our carrier's website so you can see the status of your package in real time.
We offer several delivery methods including EXPRESS delivery for the most urgent. Please consult the dedicated page to find out more depending on your destination.
You can make changes before payment of the order but once it has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it.
Everything is automatic. As soon as the order is placed, you are then deducted from the chosen means of payment.
When your items are shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been sent summarizing the exact amount charged to your payment method.
We offer payment in installments, you just have to select this one at the payment stage and everything is done automatically.
Return and refund
To know everything about returns, we invite you to read our return and refund policy .
If you wish to return an item to change size or color, please contact us by e-mail beforehand to check if your size/color is available.
If you wish to exchange for another product, return the original item for us to process the refund and place a new order.
Returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of your package (excluding weekends and public holidays). An email will be sent to you when it has been processed. If you have not received confirmation after 14 working days, contact us with your order number and details of the returned items.
We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your order. If you received a defective item, please contact us and provide us with images of the product you received within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
If you do not notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee a full refund of your order.
Specials
Promo codes can be added at checkout by entering your code in the 'discount code' box.
You can only enter one promotion code.
Make sure your order meets the terms and conditions of the specific code.
If you have promotional items in your order, this may invalidate the promotional code.
