Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

Generally, it is not possible to cancel an order. We prepare your orders with care and speed. If you made a mistake or still wish to cancel, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to satisfy you.

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after payment of your order. If you can't find it, remember to check your spam folder.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I make a return if an item does not suit me?

What is the reimbursement period?
