Delivery in Metropolitan France
- Standard home delivery (GLS): €6.90. Home delivery is guaranteed within 24-48 hours.
- Standard delivery to collection point (GLS): €3.90. Delivery to collection point is guaranteed within 24-48 hours.
- Express home delivery (GLS): €10.99. Express home delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours.
Delivery in Europe and Internationally
We offer an international delivery service via our partners GLS and Colissimo, ensuring fast and secure transport.
- Standard delivery to home and collection point: Costs and times vary depending on the destination country, estimated upon validation of the delivery address.
Important Information
- Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address or cancel the order.
- In the event of a return to sender, we will refund your order as soon as possible or resend your package, depending on your choice.
- Once your package has been shipped, any changes to the delivery address made directly to the carrier, or any specific request for safe delivery (for example, in your garden or another designated location) will be your responsibility. In these cases, no claims will be accepted in the event of loss, theft or damage.
