Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your CASSY purchase, we have set up a simple return and exchange policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.

Please use the link HERE to make your return through our Return Portal.
Before sending your item back, please make sure your return meets the following requirements:

Items you wish to return or exchange must reach us no later than 14 days from the date you received them. We have extended the return period for Christmas: for any order placed from December 1st, returns are accepted until January 1st.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered, and we do not provide return labels.
You must ship your parcel using the carrier of your choice. Returns sent after the deadline cannot be accepted.

Every return must first be registered through our Return Portal, and your parcel must include the return form.
Without a return request submitted through the portal, or without the form enclosed, your return cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags fully attached and returned in their original packaging.

  • Please include everything that came with your order — thank-you card, gifts, etc.

  • Shoes must not have been worn outdoors and must show no signs of wear, dirt, or damage.

  • Items must be free from makeup marks, hair, tears, or stains.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate your return or exchange, please access our online Return Portal by following this link:
Submit a return or exchange request

Please download, print, and carefully fill out the return form, then include it inside your parcel before shipping it to the address provided on the form.
Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving your parcel and proof of shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at purchase.

Returns via pick-up point are not accepted.
Sale items are not eligible for return (except leather pairs).

If you prefer an exchange, please specify the new size or model when submitting your online return request and on the return form enclosed with your parcel.
We will ship your replacement item once your return has been received and processed.

Important Notes

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • They are sent beyond the 14-day return period,

  • They are shipped to a different address,

  • The shoe box is missing,

  • The items are in an unsellable or used condition.

Any return deemed non-compliant will be sent back to the sender.
If return conditions are not met, items will be reshipped to your delivery address, with shipping and handling feescharged to you.
