At CASSY, transparency and respect for expertise are essential.
Each pair is handmade, with materials selected for their quality and limited impact on the environment.

Our leathers come from certified Italian tanneries, recognized for their responsible practices and compliance with local environmental standards.
The tanneries we work with are members of the European Leather Working Group, ensuring the highest standards in sustainability, traceability and ethical sourcing.

The soles vary depending on the model. For our boots, they are made of genuine leather, offering flexibility, breathability, and a high-end finish. For our cowboy boots, they are made from a blend of Tunit and leather fibers, a technical combination that ensures strength, grip, and a visual effect close to natural leather. The linings follow the same logic: leather for the boots, guaranteeing comfort and support, and lightweight textile for the cowboy boots, for greater flexibility.

Each pair is entirely handmade in workshops in Italy.
Leather cutting, sewing, assembly, gluing, finishing and quality control; each step is carried out by experienced craftsmen.
On average, 3 to 4 hours of work are required to bring a CASSY pair to life.
We produce in small series, at a reasonable pace, to avoid overproduction and fully promote the work of our artisans.

The pairs are transported by grouped transport from Italy to our warehouse in France, in order to limit the carbon footprint linked to logistics.
